KULIMA (Ku' Lima)
Kulima, meaning, to farm, is an agricultural e-learning platform for anyone who intends to venture into agriculture. The platform aims to create an easy go-to platform for anyone who wants to venture into any aspect of agriculture or get tips and tricks on how to handle crops or livestock.
Task
Develop a logo and identity for the organization. The whole design should evoke a sense of professionalism and be bright and responsive. But at the same time, it looks stylish on the attributes of the learning platform. The concept we developed is derived from the base and metal part of a hoe. Tapping into the traditional way of farming to illustrate the concept of "where to begin" as most people being targeted, frequently ask, where to begin.
We fused in the germinating plant to indicate growth and Kulima intends to educate and grow the next generation of farmers.
